How long does my order take to ship?

Your order normally ships within 7 days. Unless it is a custom order which will take longer. Please email for information.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We currently do not ship internationally.

What is your return policy? 

If there is a manufacturing flaw in the horn product (leaks or cracks) we will replace with a like item. Our mugs can be identified by the stamp on the bottom. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will discuss return/replace options.
